Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only for cancellations made within the specified period before the course commencement:
    • Online Training: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the course start date.
    • Offline Training: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the session date.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration fees or deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be granted for partial attendance or incomplete participation.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email us at trainings@myprideacademy.com with your registration details and payment proof.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

4. Special Circumstances

  • In cases of unavoidable emergencies, participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future session of the same program instead of a refund.
  • Approval is at the sole discretion of Pride Academy & Centre for Excellence.

5. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
