About the Initiative

The No Drug Ambassador Program by PACE (Pride Academy and centre for Excellence) is a youth empowerment movement designed to build a drug-free, purpose-driven generation.

Launched under the leadership of Mohan Kumar, Founder of PACE, this initiative aims to go beyond awareness — it inspires students to take responsibility, lead change, and influence their peers toward healthier, more meaningful lives.

Through a structured training model, PACE transforms college students into No Drug Ambassadors — young leaders who conduct awareness programs for school students, spreading the message of clarity, confidence, and conscious living.


Our Mission

  • Understand the dangers and social impact of drug abuse.
  • Develop leadership and communication skills to influence others.
  • Conduct peer-to-peer awareness sessions in schools and colleges.
  • Build a sustainable network of youth committed to living drug-free.

Program Structure

Step-01 :
Awareness Session in Colleges

Conducted by PACE trainers with the support of social partners and sponsors.

Educates 200–300 students on the physical, emotional, and legal consequences of drug use.

Step-02 :
Selection of Ambassadors

20–30 motivated students are chosen per institution to become No Drug Ambassadors.

They receive orientation, materials, and certificates from PACE.

Step-03 :
Ambassador Training by PACE

A focused workshop where students are coached in public speaking, storytelling, and activity-based awareness delivery.

Each Ambassador learns how to conduct effective sessions in schools.

Step-04 :
School Outreach Program

Trained Ambassadors visit schools to lead short, interactive awareness sessions for Classes 9 to 11.

Activities include posters, role plays, pledges, and creative presentations.

Step-05 :
Certification & Recognition

Ambassadors completing outreach earn PACE Certified No Drug Ambassador titles —

  • Bronze (1 program)
  • Silver (3 programs)
  • Gold (5+ programs & leadership role)

Why This Program Matters

Drug awareness alone is not enough — what students need is purpose, guidance, and leadership training.

Through the No Drug Ambassador initiative, PACE nurtures responsible youth who can say with confidence:

“We are the Drug-Free Generation.”

This program helps:
1.Reduce youth vulnerability to peer pressure.
2. Build campus-wide accountability and leadership culture.
3. Inspire community collaboration among educators, sponsors, and students.
